I’ve got a brief question. What will be done about heroes who pulled the short straw with red skills, such as Madam Mim and Woody? Do you think you’ll revisit some older red skills like these?

There are some game files that were carried over from our other titles, so they may date older than the development of Disney Heroes.

Please answer to this. It might be not the nicest, but I just feel bad about this answer.
It just can’t be that bad heroes will be always bad, it’s unfair and resouces spent on the old heroes are just wasted.
If devs are so scared of the very beginning, then maybe just refresh green, blue, purple and red skills for beta heroes? It just feel bad and sad that PB refuse to refresh the most needed.
- We have old DuckTales, but it would be possible to add Della Duck, she is amazing character and it would be appreciated to include her.
- Same as above, but about Don Karnage, is he possible to add?
- Why Vanellope have only 90 reality negation, there is a badge which gives 170 reality negation and would fix her problem, and maybe even, then, she won’t need such refresh.
- There is HUGE negative feedback of Basil’s and Kim’s terribleness, will it be fixed?
There is no reason for damage role hero to have much lower damage than tanks and control role heroes.

Let´s start then, I guess?
- You haven´t answered my question about badges properly.
I was talking about PAST badges. Can you edit OLD badges? Can you change OLDER rank badges to make heroes more useful?
(Cake of Good Intentions in particular should have been used on more characters)- My free stamina change suggestion was completely ignored. How do you count how much stamina people get. And why is it so low if you care about F2P players so much?
- Emotes in friendships again suggestion was also ignored. Why? You keep adding 25+ cosmetics a month, yet you can only give several cosmetic crates that never amount to the number of cosmetics given you add. Also, idea, guaranteed cosmetic crate as consumable, instead of guild crate.
- You did a lot of effort with red skills. Can you now at least give stat buffs to the same amount of heroes monthly? How come Ralph´s white maxed does 150K damage while some tanks can deal over a 1M to all enemies?
- I sincerely hope whatever is the next rank addition, it will let us equip Evasion/Tenacity/Armor/Reality Negation on heroes. That´s the only thing most of them currently need. Not the ones that have at least one and usable. Those that have none!
- We try to avoid editing old badges because players have already earned those badges. It wouldn’t be entirely fair to make the players who haven’t already gotten those badges earn an entirely different badge.
- We have data that tracks and calculates how much stamina players get. We regularly increase the amount of free stamina players can earn and we’ll continue to increase that amount.
- I don’t handle cosmetics but I’ll get this feedback where it needs to go.
- We’ll take another look at red skills when we refresh them.
- We’ll be adding those stats to some heroes who don’t have them with rarities moving forward! Thanks for the suggestion on that.

Player: Will there be more refreshes? Will we go back to doing supporting heroes with smaller buffs? Will we be doing more player polls to choose heroes to refresh?
[DoubleBeans] There will be more refreshes and we will do polls every now and then to pick the next hero to refresh. I don’t think we’ll go back to smaller buffs for the foreseeable future. Refreshing heroes takes more time than you might think and we prefer to give 1 hero a great, well rounded refresh rather than trying to buff a bunch of heroes with less satisfying
Counter Question/Answer: Actually at this point it would probably be better to give a fair amount of characters a smaller buff than doing a complete refresh to just 1 character, since the smaller buffs help to a lot of character help more people or to say let more beloved characters be a bit more viable for people. We don’t necessarily need them to become meta, just more viable to be used at all.

Player: Why some of the earliest heroes released with poorest stats as Ralph, Yax, Vanellope or Woody never were refreshed, and heroes like Dr. Facilier received full refresh, even if his situation wasn’t like Basil’s or beta heroes? It doesn’t help with balance at all. Is there a way for you guys to buff ALL old (first edition) heroes of this game at the same time? I don’t talk about changing their skill set or anything, just some basic stat and friend disc stat buff are fine. This will help a lot of players as we all have our bias so every time there are polls to decide who gets refreshed, it all leads to no-need argument and disappointment.
[Leaf] We’ve looked into refreshing the heroes everyone gets access to at the very beginning of the game, like Vanelope or Ralph, but we keep coming to the roadblock that it will throw off the balance and the play of the early game. Players who are new to Disney Heroes will have a more confusing experience, and will be less likely to keep playing and join our community. We’ve decided to hold off on refreshing Vanelope and other very early heroes like her until we can come up with a better solution.
Counter Question/Answer: Actually I would say kind of contradicting itself depending on how you look at it. If you mean specifically in the tutorial in the beginning I suppose I can see the point there, but if so mainly increase the Blue skill and up if not the Green skill as well. The higher rank skill could give bonuses to the White skills to have it not fall behind.
I can say that I in server 5 actually help new players choose the best characters they can based on what they have gotten. Like a person got Shan Yu at around White rank if not green rank, I recommended them switching out Ralph as Shan Yu is newer and better, overall will help the player progress faster.
By recommending newer characters I prepare the new players for the future, that way helping them have more fun in the game most likely.
