What day it is for people do technically depend on their time zone, but the Patch Notes will be out on Friday American time at least as PerBlue are in USA.
Whether or not the Patch Notes comes after the European midnight or not we will see on though.

Any chance of getting an entire Invasion refresh in coming months @Samm?
Much like VIP benefits and such…
Mod levels give irrelevant stats.
Mod upgrades could be scaled further…
Invasion tier and end rewards are also rather irrelevant and should be scaled differently.
Basically it’s pointless to even have mods past level60, +4 at the moment as only mod upgrades stay somewhat relevant.

There are many solutions. The main problem I can see is that… if you were to give +% on HP/SP/BD and you include Red Skills, then automatically some heroes become more OP than they already are…

But PB is aware Skinner’s bug is only VISUAL, I hope they won’t ruin him.
