"Paper-hearted" - George Likely Concept

Description: George will fill the battlefield with paper planes to fight and control his enemies.

Entrance: George walks in position holding his suitcase.
Basic Attack: George throws paper planes to his enemies.
Victory: George smiles.
Defeat: George tears up a paper angry.
Skills
White Skill: Paper Storm
✨Fantastic DamageA mass wave of paper planes pass through the enemies, dealing X damage, knocking them back and stunning all enemies for 7.0 seconds.
Stun has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Green Skill: Planes Of Love
George throws two paper planes to the enemies with the most skill power, charming them for 9.0 seconds.
Charm has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.
Blue Skill: Paper-hearted
When George reaches 30% of his max HP, a group of paper planes, cover him for 10.0 seconds, granting him an X HP shield and and healing him by X HP per second.
Purple Skill: Subway Love
✨Fantastic DamageIf George hits a charmed enemy with his basic attack, he deals 250% extra damage and applies two stacks of fatigue to that enemy.
The extra percent of damage has a reduced effect against enemies above level X.
Red Skill: Paper Strength
’Paper Storm’ decreases armor, attack and movement speed by X for 7.0 seconds.
Whenever George hits a charmed enemy, he heals himself by X HP and increases his tenacity by X.

+‘Paper-hearted’ affects also the ally with the least HP.

Dinner On Subway
Whenever charm fails against an enemy or a charmed enemy by George gets uncharmed, the enemy takes X damage.
+‘Paper-hearted’* increases the team’s attack and movement by X for 10.0 seconds.
+‘Paper Storm’* blinds enemies for 5.0 seconds.
