Description: Brutal and cold as the role of a loan shark would entail, Bill Sykes is here to make sure all debts are payed and all promises are met. If anyone even dares to get in the way of this mafia boss, he will call upon his mutts to take out his enemies, and assert his place in the hierarchy.

Basic Attack:
-Passive- Bill Sykes will crack his knuckles, intimidating the enemyline and decreasing their basic attack and skill power by X.

Defeat: Bill Sykes coldly stares and scowls.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Roscoe & Desoto”
Bill Sykes will sinisterly grin as he summons both of his dogs Roscoe and Desoto. They will stay on screen for 8 seconds and grant Bill Sykes and his allies a shield of X HP, and have their reality and armor increased by X per second. When they leave the arena, they will bite the enemy with the most amount of HP, dealing X Damage, removing all of their buffs, and giving them 5 stacks of weakness.

Green Skill:
“Grand Theft Auto Dash”
At the start of each wave, Bill Sykes recklessly drives his Cadillac through the enemyline at a fast pace, dealing X damage to all enemies, and scares all enemies for 9 seconds. The scare will have a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Blue Skill:
“Snap of the Finger”
Bill Sykes will snap his fingers summoning one of his two dogs to rush through the arena and give him and his allies buffs. If Roscoe is summoned, Bill Sykes and his allies will gain X Basic Damage and X armor. If DeSoto is summoned, they will gain X Skill Damage and Reality instead.
Purple Skill:
“Shady Dealings”
When Bill Sykes has his Max HP increased, he will gain invincibility for 3 seconds and give the ally with the least amount of HP, invincibility for 6 seconds. The invincibility will have a chance to fail against allies above level X.
Red Skill:
“Kingpin of the Mafia”
When Roscoe summons one of his dogs with Snap of the finger, his next basic attack will limit the closest enemy for 8 seconds. Also, Bill Sykes and his allies will be immune to fatigue and weakness stacks when they fall under 50% HP.

Other Effects:
- For the first 10 seconds of combat, Bill Sykes will block all invincible buffs from enemies. If an enemy tries to become invincible, they will instead be stunned for 6 seconds, and Bill Sykes will steal 10% of their max HP. (+10% per star level)

Campaign: (Mr. Big and Koslov have no choice but to compete with another mafia boss in the city with Bill Sykes. With a much colder personality than Mr. Big could ever have, he can’t help but feel a bit outmatched {Though he would never show it.} However, there’s one thing that Mr. Big has that Sykes doesn’t have: family.)
