Description: Struggling to make ends meet, Fagin was a hobo who had to resort to criminal actions in order to pay off his debts to the mafia. Despite his agonizing position, Fagin always had company with his gang of dogs who he cherished deeply. Now in a new city, Fagin can finally have a chance to be treated with open arms by the community, and live a life worth living.

Animations
Basic Attack: Francis will make a snide remark at the enemyline, dealing X damage to every enemy.

Entrance: Fagin’s dogs will rush into the field as Fagin walks in with himself.
Victory: Fagin’s dogs will howl in victory!
Defeat: Fagin’s dogs will pout and Fagin will look down in defeat.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Tito’s Rage”
Tito will bark excessively at the enemyline in a fit of rage, dealing X damage to all enemies, distracting them for 7 seconds, and giving Fagin and his allies a 75% increase in their basic damage for 8 seconds. The basic damage increase will have a chance to fail against allies above level X.

Green Skill:
“Rita’s Appeal”
Rita will flip her hair, decreasing every enemy’s basic damage by 50% for 6 seconds and distracting the two closest enemies for 5 seconds.
Blue Skill:
“Einstein’s Sprint”
Fagin will command Einstein to run through the enemyline as he deals X damage to every enemy. Every enemy will be given three stacks of decay and weakness and will have their armor reduced by X.

Purple Skill:
“A Debt to be Paid”
When an ally gains a stack of weakness, they will convert that stack into a stack of hardy, gain 100% normal crit for 6 seconds and will be cleansed all debuffs. The hardy conversion will have a chance to fail against allies above level X.
Red Skill:
“Streets of Gold”
When Fagin & the Dog Crew are below 50% HP, they will become berserk for 8 seconds, have their tenacity increased by 70%, and will be given 4 stacks of determination. Also, Fagin & the Dog Crew will be given starting energy of 300 energy.

Other Effects:
- For the first 10 seconds of each wave, every enemy will be immune to all hardy stacks and will be stunned for 7 seconds if they try to gain a stack. They will also be slowed by 18% after their stun is over for 5 seconds. (+18% per star level)

Campaign: (The new city has been treating Fagin and his dog crew ten times better than in the streets of New York, though trouble still lingers throughout the city with Bill Sykes. Despite his stable income now, Fagin is still under Syke’s control and will have the threat of his past crimes exposed if he doesn’t pay up. Fortunetely for Fagin, he has already mentioned his past crimes to CPD and was justly pardoned. He leaves Bill Sykes to enjoy the joys of freedom and success with his dog gang.)

Other Effects:
- When an enemy gains a stack of weakness, Fagin, his Dog Crew and their allies will deal 25% more damage to that enemy. (+10% per star level)

Campaign: (With Fagin making the best of his life in the city, he has gotten himself a job in the city. He needs someone to dog sit his gang of dogs, and Minnie Mouse is more than willing to help out Fagin as he heads for his new job. What’s even better is she brings Pluto along as a playmate with the gang. They all go to the park and play with the other dogs in the park.)
