Envy
Description: Embodying Riley’s sense of jealously and working as Anxiety’s second in command, Envy knows what she wants, and will never let go of her longing desires. As Anxiety’s co-commander, Envy knows her hand at the board really well, learning and finally mastering how to create brainstorms at will. It is this skill at hand that Anxiety will use to pelt her enemies with.

Animations
Basic Attack: A lightbulb from a brainstorm will fly onto random enemies, dealing X damage and shattering them for 4 seconds. Envy will also gain a stack of Jealous. Jealous stacks will increase the damage done when an enemy is shattered by 14%. Envy can up to 10 stacks of Jealous and will stay active with every wave.

Gameplay
White Skill:
“Brainstorm”
A brainstorm will rain down on the enemyline as they will become pelted with emotion lightbulbs, dealing X damage over time to all enemies for 7 seconds as well as shattering them for 10 seconds. Envy will lose all of her Jealous stacks when using this skill, but will be given two stacks of hardy.

Green Skill:
“Knowledge Gathering”
Envy will pull out a pail as falling emotion lightbulbs fall into the pail, giving Envy a 50% skill power increase and 2 stacks of Jealous. Allies will also gain a 50% increase in their fantastic damage when Envy uses this skill.
Blue Skill:
“Envious Taunt”
Envy will stick out her tongue at the two closest enemies, decreasing their armor and reality by X as well as giving them three stacks of weakness. Envy will gain three stacks of jealous stacks after using this skill.
Purple Skill:
“Stubborn Drive”
When Envy’s allies attack a shattered enemy, they will gain two stacks of determination as well as gain 300 more energy. Envy will also gain a shield of X HP when she has 5 stacks of jealous active for 8 seconds.
Red Skill:
“Unrelenting Desire”
Envy and her allies will have a true damage conversion for 6 seconds when Envy lands a crit. Also, Envy’s tenacity and evasion will increase by 2% every time she gains a stack of jealous.

Campaign: (Envy learns first hand how jealously can be a very dark path to follow when meeting Lotso. His jealously of all toys with owners after losing his very own as made him very spiteful in the worst possible way. Even Envy as small as she may be, realizes that she’ll need to keep her lingering jealousy aside so that she won’t become like the strawberry scented teddy bear. And to do so, she will need to summon a brainstorm to overwhelm him and his Sunnyside allies.)

Other Effects:
- At the start of every wave, enemies will be sapped for 2 seconds and will have their skill power reduced by 40% (+2 seconds per star level)

Campaign: (Anxiety has a very quick breath of fresh air to have Envy by her side in the new city, but still feels the need to feel extremely stressed out without having Riley around. Envy assumes that Riley is in a much more safer place back where they were, and offers a relaxing day in the city to get into their surroundings. The two get more into the vibe of the city with Envy being politely jealous of all the princesses dresses, and Anxiety even stops to join The Electric Mayhem for a shortwhile as she fits the whole muppet look with Animal and the rest of the band.)
