Kuzco Concept (#70)

Kuzco

Description: Ruling a whole empire can be a daunting yet rewarding feeling of power. Emperor Kuzco takes this notion to the fullest extreme, taking control of the arena and usurping all enemies that dare to throw off his groove.

Animations

Basic Attack: Kuzco’s Incan Palace guard punches the closest enemy.
(Damage Type: Normal)
-Passive- Kuzco will shuffle dance gaining X armor for every dance move. Kuzco is also immune to knockbacks.

Entrance: Kuzco gets escorted by three Incan guards as his throne as one guard stays behind to protect Kuzco as the two others leave with the throne.

Victory: Kuzco spins and strikes a final pose in victory.

Defeat: Kuzco gets angry at the enemyline as the guard falls down.

Gameplay

White Skill:
“Boom Baby!”
Kuzco kicks the closest enemy while he is dancing, dealing X damage, decreasing their skill power by X, and stunning them for 7 seconds. The stun has a chance to fail enemies above level X.

Green Skill:
“Servant Strike”
Kuzco’s Incan guard will target the enemy with the most energy, and throw his spear at them, dealing X damage, knocking them back as well as applying pierce to them for 8 seconds.
(Damage Type: True)

Blue Skill:
“You Threw Off My Groove!”
When an enemy attacks Kuzco, he will get angry as the Incan guard will rush to that opponent and throw them off the screen to the right side. The enemy will return to the battle and will be pierced for 5 seconds. If an enemy is below 35% HP of their Max HP, they are instantly K’Oed, even if they are berserk or invincible. The instant KO has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Purple Skill:
“Self-Centered Sovereign”
When an enemy is thrown out of the arena by You Threw Off My Groove, every enemy will lose two active buffs. The buff removal has a chance to fail against enemies above level X.

Red Skill:
“Keep up the Groove”
At the start of every wave, Kuzco’s allies are precise and will be immune to slows for 10 seconds. Also, Boom Baby will now deal X additional true damage to enemies that are stunned.

Disk Name: “Old Habits Die Hard"
Disk Effect: Distract from Basic Attacks

Other Effects:

  1. After 3 basic attacks, the two closest enemies will be distracted for 2 seconds. (+1 second per star level)
  2. +X Basic Damage
  3. +X Basic Damage to all Allies

Campaign: (Pacha reunites with Kuzco who has somewhat regained his arrogant and stuck-up self in a response to being in a new city. It’s up to Pacha to reconnect Kuzco with what’s really important and help Kuzco adjust to the new environment.)
Allies: The Mayor, Randall Boggs, Jose Carioca

Genie

Disk Name: “Wishful Thinking"
Disk Effect: Dodge at the Start

Other Effects:

  1. At the start of each wave, Kuzco will have a 15% chance to dodge all attacks for 8 seconds. (+15% per star level)
  2. +X Armor
  3. +X Max HP

Campaign: (Kuzco comes across the lamp of the Genie and not knowing what it’s worth, takes it for himself. He’s surprised to see the Genie in the lamp who grants him three wishes. However, with a ruler like Kuzco, he’ll try his best to bend the rules to better his outcomes.)
Allies: Huey Dewey & Louie, Ratigan, Cheshire Cat
