Tigger
Tigger is a front-line “Damage” hero. Tigger will be available in the Elite Campaign on Servers 1-17
Skills
Super Bounce
Tigger springs up and bounces around the battlefield. He bounces on and knocks back enemies dealing damage to each enemy hit.
Pounce Attack
When Tigger is not in melee range of an enemy, he pounces at the closest enemy, dealing damage and stunning them.
Spring into Action
Tigger absorbs a melee attack with his tail and counter attacks, dealing damage and knocking back nearby enemies.
Bounce Back
Tigger does a super bounce every few basic attacks, which deals extra damage and knocks back nearby enemies.
The Only One
Tigger gains a stack of bounce every few times he bounces. For every stack of bounce Tigger has, Super Bounce will hit an additional enemy and the cooldown of Spring into Action will be reduced.

Winnie the Pooh
Winnie the Pooh is a front-line “Tank” hero. Winnie the Pooh will be available in the Diamond Crate for Servers 1-17
Skills
Rumbly Tummy
Passive: Basic attacks apply stacks of sticky “Hunny” to nearby enemies.
Active: The bees come looking for Pooh’s honey. The bees sting all enemies, dealing damage per stack of “Hunny”.
Balloon Delivery
A balloon delivers honey to Pooh who receives energy and heals HP when it arrives. It spills over as it travels and each enemy hit receive stacks of “Hunny”.
Honey Heal
Pooh eats a lot of honey all at once, healing HP and increasing his maximum HP.
Sticky Sweetness
The attack and move speed of enemies are slowed for each stack of “Hunny” they have.
Bee-line
Pooh’s Balloon Delivery has a chance to be a super delivery, which gives Pooh additional energy and a shield.

Eeyore
Eeyore is a front-line ”Tank” hero. Eeyore will be available in a City Watch Event Crate on Servers 1-20
Skills
Home Sweet Home
Eeyore builds his house, giving him a shield with HP and making him immune to disables. While shielded, Eeyore heals. This shield cannot be removed, copied, or stolen.
Gloomy Place
Eeyore steals energy and saps the closest enemy.
Paddle Ball Projectile
Eeyore’s tail paddle rapidly bounces and then snaps, dealing damage to the closest enemy and and knocking them back.
Black Rain Cloud
When Eeyore’s Home Sweet Home shield is destroyed, a storm appears and removes Energy and saps all enemies.
All for Naught
At the start of each wave, Eeyore’s enemies are sapped and Eeyore gains armor.

Hero Refreshes
With 1.16.10 we have another, you guessed it, Hero Refresh! Players got to pick which hero would be refreshed in a poll on the forums. We had a ton of votes but Jessie took first place with Chief Bogo at a close second. Because the vote was so close, just this one time, we decided to refresh them both!
We heard your feedback that hero refreshes can change the difficulty in the friend campaign, so we’re replacing Chief Bogo and Jessie with Ralph and Jack-Jack in opponent lineups in friend campaigns, in order to maintain the current difficulty level.
Jessie is a squishy damage dealer who excels at diving into enemies lines and wreaking havoc. We made a couple changes with her to make those dives a little more impactful and exciting.

Skills
Hootenanny
Jessie leaps into the middle of enemies and kicks them repeatedly, dealing damage with each kick and stealing buffs from enemies.

- Jessie now steals a buff with each kick of an enemy
Sonic Yodel
Jessie lets out an ear piercing yodel that damages all enemies dealing more damage to enemies closer to Jessie.

Cowgirl Boogie
Jessie’s cowgirl boots heal her for a percent of the damage dealt to enemies.

Kick Up a Row
Jessie has a percent chance to dodge attacks.
- Jessie now gains attack speed for a duration whenever she dodges a disable
Jessie’s Memory Disks
“Boot Scoot” from Judy Hopps
- Increased max HP per memory disk level
- Increased dodge chance per memory disk star level
“Falling with Style” from Buzz Lightyear
- Increased basic damage per memory disk level
The other hero refreshed with this update was the second most voted hero in the Hero Refresh poll, Chief Bogo. This chief of police is a powerful tank who, between his shield and his self heal, can be difficult to take down. We made some changes to fit him into blind focused teams such as Powerline, Launchpad, and Hank & Dory.

Serve and Protect
Chief Bogo grants himself a shield.
- Increased shield HP
- Increased shield duration
- Using this skill resets the remaining cooldown of Blinding Justice to 0
Criminal Charge
At the start of combat, Chief Bogo charges at the frontmost enemy, dealing damage and stunning them.
- Increased damage
- Increased stun duration
Blinding Justice
Chief Bogo throws a flashbang grenade, dealing damage and blinding enemies.

Heal Up
Chief Bogo heals every time his Serve and Protect shield takes damage
- Increased healing
- The shield from Serve and Protect grants Chief Bogo bonus reality and skill power

Other Improvements
- Reposting Mercenaries: We’ve added an option to allow you to repost all the same mercenaries to your guild with a single tap
- Arena and Coliseum Challenger Seasons (servers 1 & 2 only)
- Added Legacy Rankings to the leaderboard. Earn points based on your final rank each season and see how you rank over time!
- Fixed a bug that would allow players to use keys against opponents when looking at the leaderboard.
- Corrected the amount of gold displayed on the Arena Rewards screen. The amount of gold being awarded was correct, but the display was showing the wrong number.
- Players can no longer block PerBlue Support in chat.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when using the sell items slider
- Fixed an issue that was causing the Heist invite text to be VERY LARGE
- Fixed an issue that was preventing Guild Level 5 from displaying correctly on the guild page.
- Fixed several issues where the rewards multiplier icon would not display correctly. In all cases the increased rewards were being awarded, but the indicator on the UI was missing.
- Fixed a bug that would allow players to attune a mod to a hero of a different color.
- Fixed a bug where enemy lineups in campaign (normal and friend), trials, and port could show they did not have a red skill unlocked.
- Fixed a bug where players could not claim the invasion daily quests if the invasion had just ended
