Reflux
Description: Senile and doddering as one of old age would be expected to be, Gus Burns has a special trick up his sleeve as a wannabe super… a never-ending level of stomach regurgitation and a bad case of heart burn have resulted in a deadly case of lava that he lets out. Donning the name “Reflux” accordingly, he vows aid his allies in any way, with a kind nature just as warm and burning as his lava is.
Quote: “Name’s Reflux. Medical condition or superpower, you decide. That’s a little line I say just to put people at ease. Hope I don’t offend.”

Animations
Basic Attack: Reflux will spit out lava onto the two closest enemies, dealing X damage over time.

Entrance: Reflux jumps into the arena and swells up his mouth with regurgitated lava.
Victory: Reflux will regurgitate lava from his stomach like a geyser.
Defeat: Reflux’s hip will break.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Scorching Lava Froth”
Reflux will regurgitate a large amount of lava that splatters onto the enemyline, dealing X damage over time to every enemy, and decreasing their armor by X. Reflux will also heal X HP for himself and gain X armor. The lava will stay on screen for 7 seconds.

Green Skill:
“Regurgitated Igneous Rock”
Reflux will regurgitate a trail of lava that melts down in front of him, giving himself and his allies X armor and reality overtime as well as healing them for X HP overtime for 8 seconds. Enemies that come near the lava trail will take X damage over time and lose X armor.

Blue Skill:
“Sweltering Warmth”
Reflux will store a chunk of regurgitated lava in his mouth as it fills up. Enemies that are near Reflux will have all of their negative effects cleansed, and will heal X HP overtime. Reflux will also gain 4 stacks of hardy and will increase his healing by 50% for 6 seconds.
Purple Skill:
“Volcanic Burst”
Allies that are healed by Reflux will become immune to all damage over time for 3 seconds. This move can be done every ten seconds, and will add one more second with each use. The max amount of seconds is 10.
Red Skill:
“Fuel to the Flame”
Reflux’s armor will increase by 5% for every 5 seconds of each wave and will also gain a shield of X HP every 10 seconds. Also, when Reflux heals an ally, he will grant them invincibility for 6 seconds and berserk for 9 seconds.

Other Effects:
- When Reflux or an ally deal damage over time, they will gain 1 stack of determination. This can be done every 9 seconds. (+1 stack per star level)

Campaign: (On her way to her glass making job, Ember stops to help an elderly man walk the street. This man {who Ember sees a lot of her dad in} is Reflux, and Ember soon discovers his expertise in an even greater use of fire with lava at her job. As payback for helping him, Reflux offers to help Ember’s father at the fireplace. And to REALLY repay her, he offers her to become his sidekick, seeing what she can do with her powers. Ember is interested, curious, and a bit nervous, but ultimately accepts the offer. Only one more wannabe super remains remains without a sidekick…)

Disk Effect: Armor for Blue Team Allies
Other Effects:
- At the start of each wave, Reflux will give every blue team ally 12% armor, as well as immunity to all debuffs for 5 seconds. (+12% per star level)
- +X Max HP to all Allies
- +X Tenacity to all Allies
Campaign: (Scrooge is venting a lot of frustration at the “mental & boggin” audacity of the Shady Oaks Retirement to give him an offer to join the retirement home. Making friends with the other elderly who got the same mail, with Reflux, Hudson, and Carl Fredrickson {who’s all too familiar with this business} to rebel against them… reasonably of course. With Scrooge’s Scottish raging, Reflux’s lava, and Carl & Hudson using Dug and Bronx respectfully, they are able to ward off the two nurses that coincidentally always come to their houses, George and A.J. marking their stance on the matter.)
