Description: Member and Chief Agent of the nefarious syndicate known as F.O.W.L, Steelbeak is a smooth talking rooster with a bit of a conceited and vain personality. His leadership of the eggheads, as well as his weather changing device are more than a match for any opposing do-gooder.

Animations
Basic Attack: Steelbeak will use the weather machine to cast a small rain cloud, dealing X damage to the two closest enemies and drain them.

Entrance: Steelbeak will suavely walk in and pull out the weather changing machine.
Victory: Steelbeak will comb his hair and show off a toothy grin.
Defeat: Steelbeak gets electrocuted as he tries to activate the weather changing machine.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Foreboding Forecast”
Controlling the weather changing machine, Steelbeak will cause a massive rain cloud that will pour on the enemyline, dealing X damage over time to every enemy, as well as draining and sapping them for 8 seconds.

Green Skill:
“Egghead Command”
Steelbeak will whistle for an egghead to rush into the field, as they fire a shot from their laser pistol that bounces off two random enemies, dealing X damage and reducing their evasion and tenacity. Steelbeak will also summon another egghead every time he uses this skill with three eggheads being the limit.

Blue Skill:
"Tommy Gun”
Steelbeak will try to shoot at the enemyline with his Tommy gun, but he can’t seem to fire it. He will then chomp on the gun with his metal beak as he throws the two halves of the gun at the closest and farthest enemy dealing X damage to them as well as studying them both for 10 seconds.

Purple Skill:
“Steel Resolve”
Every new stack of hardy that Steelbeak receives will grant him a 20% increase in his skill power, as well as invincibility for 5 seconds.
Red Skill:
“Suave and Egocentric”
When Steelbeak uses Egghead Command for the third time, the eggheads will have a 100% guaranteed chance to have a true damage super crit. Also, Steelbeak will heal X HP and gain 50% more Max HP for 6 seconds after using Tommy Gun.

Campaign: (Steelbeak’s new task from F.O.W.L. is to drown both Agrabah, and the city Oasis in a massive storm, capable of demolishing a whole city. Unfortunately, even with Steelbeak’s weather altering machine, it won’t be enough power to flood the area. It’s a lot more spacious than Oilrabia could ever be. He’s gonna have to get some help from a divine yet gullible water dragon to hopefully do his deed. But Sisu is too good hearted to cause unwanted harm and destruction, and ultimately flood Steelbeak and his Eggmen.)

Disk Effect: Hardy Stacks Ignore Shields
Other Effects:
- When Steelbeak and his allies have hardy stacks, they will completely ignore all shields as well as removing one buff from every enemy hit. (+1 buff per star level)

Campaign: (An extremely distressed and hysterical Darkwing Duck can’t seem to find Gosalyn anywhere in the city and calls the Rescue Aid Society to find her. After finding her bow and arrows as the Quivering Quack next to a F.O.W.L. headquarter base, Darkwing knows all too well who kidnapped her. Bernard and Bianca are horrified at the prospect of dastardly and villainous agents, and vow even more to get her back. And what may seem to be just Darkwing fighting against Steelbeak, Bianca and Bernard can pull their weight (with some perfume) as well and ultimately save Gosalyn.)
