The Collector
Description: Hailing from a race of god-like celestial beings who seek to chronicle the history of the Boiling Isles, The Collector is a curious and child-like entity that was imprisoned for his inability to take out the race of titans that posed a threat to the Archivists. Initially trapped by the last titan for centuries, he has finally been released from his imprisonment, and through his powers, he has loads of games to play with the creeps, both fun and unintentionally life-threatening…

Animations
Basic Attack: The Collector will rain down a shooting star on the closest enemy, dealing X damage, blinding them for 3 seconds, and decreasing their reality by 10%.

Entrance: The Collector will ride in on a star and hop off.
Victory: The Collector will float in the air and fold his arms as he laughs.
Defeat: The Collector tries to snap his fingers, but no magic comes out.
Gameplay
White Skill:
“Playing with Puppets”
The player will choose an enemy for the Collector to turn into a puppet. He will then throw a crescent moon at that enemy, charming them for 9 seconds, and giving them an attack speed of 300%. The enemy will also lose X reality per second. While on Auto, the Collector will target the farthest enemy.
Green Skill:
“Shooting Star Meteor Shower”
The Collector will point to the sky and move the moon with his finger, and causes a meteor shower of colorful stars that deals X damage to every enemy, limiting and blinding them for 8 seconds.

Blue Skill:
"Celestial Ride”
The Collector will jump on a star and ride through the enemyline, dealing X damage to every enemy, draining them for 6 seconds, giving them 4 stacks of corruption, and granting the Collector and his allies an immunity to normal damage for 7 seconds.

Purple Skill:
“Infinite Fun”
When the Collector blinds enemies, he will also steal X HP from them, and give to himself and his allies. If the Collector lands a crit, then he will gain two more seconds to the enemies blind duration.
Red Skill:
“All Fun & Games"
When the Collector uses Shooting Star Meteor Shower, he will give his allies a random buff and a increase in their armor, reality and Max HP. These buffs include, three stacks of hardy, 4 stacks of deterination, invisibility for 5 seconds, and berserk for 5 seconds. Also, enemies will have their damage reduction and reflect buffs removed when Collector charms them with Playing with Puppets.

Campaign: (The Collector has finally been free from his shackles, and Belos has had a rather difficult time holding him down. There’s just not enough Titan magic to keep him down… but of course, if titan blood won’t work, then surely the magic of other beings… even though he tries every bit of his power to take him down, including forming a short alliance with a strange triangular figure bent of world domination akin to Belos himself, nothing seems to take the Collector down…)

Other Effects:
- When the Collector attacks enemies with his basic attack or Shooting Star Meteor Shower, they will be sapped for 2 seconds. (+2 seconds per star level)

Campaign: (Quackerjack is astonished to find another fun-loving whippersnapper like the Collector always in the need to have more fun. He takes advantage of the Collector’s godly powers to cause mayhem in the city (and stealing some pizza bagels in the process…). But much like how 22 saw the dangers of what Quackerjack and him have caused, he rights his wrongs and rightfully takes Quackerjack into justice… by turning him into a toy puppet (ironically) first…)
